Jose "Joe" Vega

Joe, a Marine veteran, has been in the real estate industry since 1980. He began as a realtor and worked his way up to a real estate trainer, which led to Joe co-owning and managing a real estate agency. Joe then transitioned to working for a home builder as the Director of Warranty Service. During this time he developed strong relationships with trusted and reliable contractors, handymen and other vendors, whose services he still uses today. Joe also has experience working with local economic development agencies on first-time homebuyer financing programs, which eventually led Joe becoming a full-time mortgage professional. His contacts and reputation in the local real estate industry resulted in a natural progression into the field of property management. Several colleagues and acquaintances who owned multiple rental properties sought out Joe's services as a property manager. As word of mouth spread about the quality of Joe's services and the number of properties he was managing increased, JV Property Management was born.
Rocaciano "Rocky" Vega

Rocky has been in the real estate industry since 2016 and earned his Broker’s license in 2021. Prior to joining the industry, he worked as an engineer in the Energy Efficiency industry and has his Professional Engineer license. He brings his skills as an engineer to the back-of-the-house to ensure the business is running efficiently. In addition to being an agent and property manager, he has modernized approaches to managing the business, including adopting a new online system that allows transparency for landlords and tenants, and building towards a greater web presence. On the property management side, he brings his eye for detail to bookkeeping for the business and landlord accounts. He also provides technical support to both landlords and tenants to ensure that they can use the system to its fullest extent.
